    Level AAA Criteria Supported

This VPAT evaluation conducted on June 10, 2026 for the Devally Website (product version: devally website) reveals a very limited assessment. The vast majority of WCAG success criteria across all levels (A, AA, and AAA) were marked as 'Not Evaluated', meaning no determination of conformance was made. Only one Level A criterion (4.1.1 Parsing) was confirmed as fully supported, while one Level A criterion (1.3.1 Info and Relationships) was identified as 'Partially Supports' with 2 violations. Due to the incomplete evaluation and the presence of at least one known violation at Level A, the product cannot be confirmed as even minimally compliant.

    Key Issues (Level A):

    Info and Relationships (1.3.1) - 2 violations

    Impact:

The identified Level A violation in 1.3.1 (Info and Relationships) directly impacts users who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, as structural and relational information conveyed visually may not be programmatically determinable. Furthermore, the overwhelming number of 'Not Evaluated' criteria across all levels means there is no assurance of accessibility compliance for the product. Users with disabilities — including those with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments — may face significant barriers that have simply not been assessed. The lack of evaluation data makes it impossible to confirm even basic Level A conformance, posing a substantial risk to accessibility.
